Motivation comes in tiny packages
Insanity PlyoCardio Circuit tonight! I’m actually excited to get my ass kicked. I’ve made the resolution that no matter how many times I have to rest or take breaks, I’ll see the end of that video.

Me and Cindy are going to go INSANE on Monday. Can’t wait.

A little family competition
My little brother is 14 and weighs over 250lbs. He’s so unhappy, but lacks the motivation or the drive to do anything about it. He’s a gamer and that’s all he does.
I told him that if he could lose 30lbs by the time he went back to school, I’d give him $100. That lit his ass on fire. He lost 3 lbs last week. I hope he continues.

I have seen 229 on the scale for the last 3 weeks. It hasn’t moved. Not up, not down, 229. I just started back on the elliptical yesterday and my legs are burrrrning today, but I’ll get back on again this afternoon.
