Today is full of awesomeness. Someone who doesn’t know I’ve been trying to lose just noticed my weight loss. It’s so real this time guys. It’s just…different than any other time I’ve ever tried. This is it for reals.
Since I’ve really started trying and a couple of my girlfriends have started coming over I’ve gone from 232 to 216. Stoked....
Oh snap. My goal for this week was to weigh in on Monday at 217. Weighed in this morning at 215.8. Woooot!!! Not setting a new goal except to make sure that’s still my weight Mon. I fluctuate so badly that it takes a couple days to see if it’s a real loss.

So I cried about socks
Jay bought me socks after I asked him to when he was headed to the store. He came back with a perfectly fine assortment of black, grey, and whitesocks. I was tried to be happy with that. I tried really hard, but he eventaully asked me what was wrong and I cried that i really really wanted colorful socks.

best workout of my life happened tonight! I want that to happen every night. I was in basement with the boys and just started going. Deadlifting, squatting, bench pressing, punching the bag….Its been a couple hours and I’m still all jacked up. Being honest with myself
I’m not doing enough. I’m not trying hard enough.
I want it. Badly. I’m just not doing what it takes.
I got a harsh reminder about why you should always unplug the treadmill/take the safety key out. My 3 year old pushed it on and though we were feet away and rushed to snatch her off of it, she fell between it and the wall and got some pretty nasty rub burns from the belt. :(
I feel like absolute Shit.
